As the value exceeds 6.25 Hz, this factor can not be applied.
In this case there would be 2 solutions:
1. To change the factor to 1 pulse per litre, becoming the maximum frequency 100 times
smaller, fmax = 2.639 Hz.
2. To change the units of volume to m3. With this, the maximum flow rate is divided by
1000 and therefore the maximum frequency becomes fmax = 0.2639 Hz.
